Getting started
None at all. If you can make a phone call or fill out a form, and look at a website on your phone, you have everything needed. Every technical step is handled for you.
Whatever is easiest for you. Call (302) 466-5017, send a message through the contact page, or complete the online project form, which collects everything needed in about ten minutes.
Yes. Include your own wording in the project form and it will be used as written. If you would rather not write anything, professional content is written for you from the details you provide. A mix of both works too.
Not a problem. Your business name is set in a clean, professional typeface that works across the entire site. A logo can be added later.
A site can look great without them. Photos taken on a phone generally work well, and more can be added at any time.
Most websites are completed within 3 to 5 days once your details, photos, and logo are received. Larger Platinum sites with many pages may take a little longer.
Yes. Your new site replaces the old one at the same address, so customers still find you exactly where they always have. Your existing domain stays where it is.
No. Your existing domain stays with whichever company it is registered with, and it is connected to your new site at no extra cost. No GoDaddy account is needed.
Cost and payment
Only after your site is finished and you approve it. At that point, an invoice is sent that can be paid securely online by card.
No. Each plan is a one-time cost. The only recurring expense is your domain renewal.
No. If you already own a domain, no account is needed at all. For a new domain, the account is created for you. Your only step is signing in once to add your card on GoDaddy’s secure payment page, which takes about two minutes.
Your domain is purchased in your GoDaddy account and charged to the card you add there. Card details go directly to GoDaddy and are never shared with us. The cost depends on the name and the number of years selected.
A standard .com typically costs $10 to $25 per year, depending on the registrar and the number of years selected. Premium or uncommon names can cost more.
Yes. Many businesses start with Basic and add pages as they grow. Upgrades are quoted in advance, before any work begins.
After launch
If a technical issue appears within 30 days of launch, such as a broken link, a form that stops working, or a display problem, it is fixed at no charge. The warranty applies to every plan.
Updates after launch, like new hours, services, or photos, are available for a one-time fee quoted in advance. Platinum plans include unlimited edits for the first year.
You do. It is registered in your name, in a GoDaddy account created for your business, so it always belongs to you.
Yes. GoDaddy renews domains automatically using the card in your account, so your site stays online without any action on your part. Renewal is managed entirely through your own account, where it can be adjusted at any time.
Gold and Platinum plans include search engine setup, with clear page titles, descriptions, and structured business information. Every site is fast and mobile-friendly, which search engines also reward. No one can honestly guarantee a top ranking, and no such promise is made here. Pairing your site with a free Google Business Profile is one of the most effective ways to appear in local results.
Yes. Every site is designed for phones first and tested on tablets and desktops, with a click-to-call button so customers can reach you quickly.
